If I talk about the upcoming mobile phones, then there are only a bunch of launches left for this year. The first part of the year was quieter in terms of mid-range and budget phones. Thankfully, Qualcomm has decided to launch their new chipset in November. So yes, there are going to be some phones in November & December and most of them are going to be flagship!
