Karan Johar Sells 50% Stake to Adar Poonawalla Dharma Productions!

Business tycoon Adar Poonawalla has bought a 50% stake in Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Dharmatic Entertainment for ₹1,000 crore. The deal involves Poonawalla’s company, Serene Entertainment. Karan Johar will keep his position as Executive Chairman and continue leading the creative direction of the company. CEO Apoorva Mehta will work with Johar to manage the company’s operations.
